Deep Tissue Laser Therapy:

Is a non-surgical Class 4 Laser therapy that uses focused heat/ light to stimulate a process called photobiomodulation (PBM). During PBM, photons enter the tissue and trigger a biological Cascade of events that leads to an increase in cellular metabolism, which can decrease pain and inflammation and accelerate the healing process for acute and chronic conditions as well as post-activity recovery.

At Absolute Wellness, we use the LightForce Class 4 Laser. Which is used by over 250 pro, college, and Olympic sports teams across the United states and many parts of Europe and East Asia.

Dry Needling Trigger Point Therapy:

Dry needling  is a technique that involves inserting thin, sterile needles into specific points of muscles on the body. One may experience a brief “twitch response” of the muscle that is most prevalent to the area of discomfort. It has several potential benefits, including:

Pain relief, improving range of motion, reducing muscle tension, and inflammation, and promote blood flow to the treated areas that will accelerate muscle function and recovery.

Other Benefits: Dry needling may also have benefits for conditions such as, headaches, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder, Tennis elbow,  Hip discomfort, Piriformis syndrome, and many musculoskeletal  conditions.

It's important to note that dry needling is not a cure-all and may not be effective for everyone. It's best to consult with a qualified healthcare professional to determine if dry needling is right for you.
